Civil Litigation

Meadows and Moran advises clients on a number of civil litigation matters which include:

• Contractual disputes
• Negligence actions
• Personal injury matters

We will work with the client to identify the client’s objectives and advise the client on the merits of the matter by analysing the case. Should there be a claim then we will assist the client on negotiations on a settlement or commence an action.

In the event that there is a valid claim we will assist the client on preparing the relevant documents such as witness summaries, particulars of claim, defences to a claim and preparing a brief to counsel.

If no settlement is reached we will then assist the client on case management and finally attend court if the matter proceeds to a trial.
